Recommended for XC, Trail, and Enduro riding, Berd’s TR27 Trail wheels are designed to be among the most durable on the market, yet still lighter than the competitors top XC wheels. The Trail wheels are perfect for racers of any type or discipline who are looking for the highest performing wheels.
All Berd wheels utilize 28 Berd spokes on the front and rear wheels, and are available with either white or black spokes. Berd spokes offer "magic-carpet-like" damping that is not possible with metal spokes.
The Berd TR27 wheelsets can be built using Industry Nine Hubs Hydra, Onyx Hook Flange Hubs, or the NEW Berd Talon hubs. Industry Nine Hydra and Onyx hook Flange hubs can be ordered in custom colors, please contact us after ordering.

Berd spokes are made from an advanced polymer called ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) that has 12 times the strength-to-weight ratio of steel and floats on water. Berd spokes have an improved fatigue life compared to steel and are impervious to the elements.
