Starting at just 398g, eeWings are lighter than most carbon cranks while offering far more strength and reliability. They have been independently tested and confirmed to have one of the highest stiffness-to-weight ratios of any crank in the world. In a 2023 test by Fair Wheel Bikes, eeWings were found to be the stiffest of 15 manufacturers tested, with the lowest average deflection. Hirth Joint and CNC Preloader:
The Hirth joint is compact and lightweight, minimizing overlapping and redundant material while maintaining incredible torsional rigidity with very few parts. Precision machined from 6/4 titanium and secured with a single oversized stainless steel fixing bolt, it delivers the most direct power transfer possible. eeWings also include a fully machined 7075 aluminum preloader with a titanium pinch bolt for precisely setting bottom bracket bearing preload and ensuring a perfect fit with your frame.
