On rare occasion an item you receive just doesn’t stand up to the manufacturer's specifications, whether its a defect in materials and workmanship, or something just isn't up to spec.  We take great pride in working with some of the world's leading brands which stand behind their products and will be more than happy to help you with any warranty issues.

Some of the brands we work with prefer to address warranty issues directly with you, the consumer, others require an authorized dealer such as us to process warranty claims. If you have a warranty issue with anything you purchased from us, please contact us or email us at and we will be more than happy to direct you the manufacturer (where appropriate) or begin the warranty claim process.

We understand issues can be frustrating and we really want to get you back out on the trails ASAP. Providing all the necessary details will greatly help us provide faster service, please include the following with any and all warranty claim requests.

  • order number
  • Part serial number (if any)
  • Clear and detailed pictures and/or video of the issue, this is especially important if the issue is related to any noises or movement
  • A detailed description of the problem
